Applicability and capacity: HOMESPON Bento Box Adult Lunch Box is intended to provide convenience for work, travel, exercise, camping. The salad dressing container has three layers, each layer capacity can reach 20oz. You can carry various fruits and vegetables or dry food separately. You can choose to use only one layer or two layers. HOMESPON lunch boxes can meet most of your needs for taking meals out.

Package content: This large bento box for adults comes with a lunch bag, which is convenient for you to carry around. We also equip you with a set of reusable spoons and forks made of wheat straw. There are also two food-grade salad dressing boxes that can be boiled at high temperature. You can put two different flavors of salad dressing according to your needs. The salad dressing box can also contain some complementary foods or granular food. It can be the Valentine's Day gifts.

Regarding heat preservation: Our bento box itself has no heat preservation effect, mainly for storing salads. However, the meal bag (Felt + design) in our set has a certain thermal insulation effect, and when used together, it can provide you with a 1-2 hours temperature guarantee for the heated food you prepare.

Performance and attention: The stainless steel inner container of our lunch box can be taken out and has a reserved space at the bottom and easier to clean. When you need to heat food, you can take out the inner container and pour hot water underneath to heat the food. You can also choose to heat it in the microwave but please notice the inner can not be heated separately, it needs to be matched with the outer layer . Please do not store hot water under the while carrying.

After-sales service: Because the lunch box may be damaged during transportation, please check the product carefully after receiving the goods. If there is any problem, contact us as soon as possible. We provide you with return or exchange service, after testing, we found that the outer layer made of PC material is easy to break, so we specially replaced PP food grade material for you to ensure the quality of your lunch box.

We ship within Three business days of payment, usually sooner.

We use a selection of shipping services such as UPS, FedEx, USPS etc.

We only ship to the lower 48 states, no APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes allowed.

Local pickups and combined shipping options are not provided at this time.

International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

1. The seller reserves the right to cancel the special case only due to Pricetronic cancellation fee.

2. The decision of seller is the final.

3. The seller will respond to the cancellation request within 2 business days. Please wait for the result of cancellation.

4. In case the cancellation is not completed by some reasons, the buyer can follow the options below to get the refund.

4.1 The buyer can reject the item when it arrives.

4.2 The buyer can send the item back to the seller within 30 days If the buyer receives item (USA Shipment ONLY). The seller will provide the FREE return label to the buyer when the buyer opens " Return Item" case on Pricetronic by using the reason as "Change my mind" ONLY.

5. When buyer has placed the order. The order will be processed and completed by automatic warehouse system within 5 minutes. In case that buyer sends the cancellation request after 5 minutes of placing the order, the request will be rejected.

Return Policy

- If buyer would like to return the items for refund or replacement, please CONTACT SELLER to receive the free return label from seller. The refund or replacement will be processed with the tracking number of return label which is provided by seller only. The other ways of return which are not approved by seller will not be processed for the refund or replacement.
